Waiting numbers will be issued on October 17, 2026 if there is a large crowd.

SOLD OUT SCREENINGS
In case of sold out screenings, waiting numbers for remaining tickets are available as from 30 minutes before for the screening at the theater boxoffice.
TICKETS FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS
Tickets for wheelchair users are available via phone (credit card payment) or at the pre-selling offices and theater box offices. The ticket for the accompanying person is free.
PICK UP YOUR TICKETS
Your tickets can be picked up at the Gartenbaukino pre-sale office and, once the festival has started, at the box office of all Viennale cinemas. To avoid waiting times, tickets can only be picked up at the cinema for the current screening, starting half an hour before the screening begins.
